Mentoring Rates

Please note: as Rick is gradually reducing his professional workload, he is not accepting new mentoring clients at this time.

Rick offers mentoring for leaders in many parts of the world using different ways of meeting. For each of these ways you have the option to meet 6, 8 or 12 times per year.

  • Face to face: for practical reasons this is generally only available within Australia. Normally, you would come to Sydney to meet with Rick. But if he needs to come to you in another city, then in addition to the mentoring fee, you’ll negotiate with Rick about travel expenses.
  • Video conferencing: this is available worldwide. Rick works flexible hours to allow for time zone differences and uses a range of video conferencing platforms.
  • Combination of the above: usually only available in Australia but subject to negotiation re travel.

Rick works with a two-tier system of rates. His standard rate applies to those working in professional roles who are remunerated at market rates. His lower rate for Christian workers acknowledges the modest means of many Christian leaders and their organisations.

The fee schedule below has amounts in Australian dollars. If you are working in a different currency, simply do the conversion using Universal Currency Converter or similar.

In normal circumstances, invoices will be made out in Australian dollars, payable into Anamcara’s Australian bank account. If you are located in the UK, you are able to pay for invoices into a UK account.

  1. Dear Rick,
I hope you’re well. A few years ago, I did the cert course at Cliff College on Christian mentoring and have come back to it, partly because I’m interested in dong the Masters. I picked up your book again, after a tough week involving not a little conflict, and realized that I need some mentoring. I’m based in Leeds, so a little ways from Birmingham.
So, if you can indicate whether this is a possibility, that would be helpful.

    Best wishes,
    Phil Arnold.

    • Hi Phil,
I remember that time at Cliff. I still teach there and will be back again this coming February. I would love to explore with you the possibility of a mentoring partnership. I will email you privately about this.
      Kind regards,
      Rick

  2. Hi Rick,

Are you walking anywhere in Africa. I am interested in your programs with a view of becoming a facilitator in this part of the world.

    Regards,
    Danny

    • Hi Danny, no I’m not working in Africa at the moment and I doubt I will in the future. I am not looking to expand my work but to gradually reduce it.
